Occupying seven floors of a historic building in the heart of Manchester, Steam Packet House has been reimagined by Osana Studio as a central hub for Betfred. The project transforms a former multi-occupancy office into a bespoke, brand-aligned workplace, designed to bring teams together in a high-tech, sustainable, and people-focused environment.
The design blends heritage character with modern functionality, reflecting Betfred’s values, sporting legacy, and forward-thinking culture. Across the building, softened tones of the brand’s blue and burgundy colour palette are paired with green planting to create a vibrant yet welcoming atmosphere.
Enhancing the employee experience was key to the brief, with the refurbishment including new showers, upgraded WC facilities, secure bike storage, and a communal reception and meeting floor to encourage interaction and flexibility. Above, the upper levels provide light-filled, agile workspaces that support productivity, well-being, and future growth.
The result is a bold yet considered workplace, offering a true home for the Betfred team in the heart of Manchester.
